Paragon Ikemeleng JV Wins Invited Competition for Office Tower
South Africa’s Public Investment Corporation (PIC), the largest institutional property owner in the country, has selected the entry by Paragon Ikemeleng Architects JV as the winning scheme in an invited architectural competition held in January 2010.
